Overhead Crane Service
We have experienced overhead crane technicians to cover all of your crane and hoist needs. We are skilled in structural, mechanical and electrical aspects to provide fully rounded service. Our goal is to prevent down time and keep you running but incase it cannot be avoided we offer 24/7 service for your breakdown needs. We repair all makes and models of cranes and hoists.
Inspections
We can perform your annual, bi-annual, quarterly or monthly inspections for your cranes, hoists or lifting devices. We provide a detail inspection report on-the-spot for all items. While performing inspections, we perform minor adjustments and lubrications where needed to save a cost of a second visit. We can also perform minor repairs if you wish. We file your crane and hoist information for future part sourcing to help save downtime. A full summary of all repairs needed is supplied for easy reading and understanding. We can also perform bulk chain hoist and come-along inspections.
New & Used Parts
We provide new and used parts for all makes and models of hoists and cranes. We can also custom machine one-off parts for a more cost effective option. We provide OEM as well as after-market parts, if possible. We believe that things can be repaired, not just replaced. Our customers bottom line and production is always on our mind when repairing and sourcing parts for your units.
Design & Build
We can build and design crane systems from runways to the cranes. We build bridge cranes, monorails, jibs a-frames and gantries. Our full service CWB certified fabrication shop and engineer makes us a one-stop shop for your crane needs.
Consulting
We offer experienced and knowledgeable consulting to find a cost effective and suitable crane system for your needs. We can also supply material handling consulting.
Installations & Relocations
We have performed many installations and relocations, its one of our specialties! Our operators are key in conducting a successful install. One reason to choose us for your install is that we have our own equipment that we can ship to the job site. This is very cost effective rather than renting equipment. We have an 8 ton carry deck crane, scissor lift, articulating manlift, multiple forklifts as well as a telehandler. We keep our equipment in good running order but performing regular maintenance and inspections.
